Help for Disco level 5

As usual, when the game starts put out your flowers and then go to the podium to wait for customers. You will get 2 girls, 2 lovebirds, 2 lovebirds, 4 bookworms, 6 women, and 4 tourists, you can start seating the first round when the 4 tourists arrive. You need to seat and serve them in the order I have listed, slower people first. This will help everyone keep the same pace. Once everyone is seated you can give one table drinks if you have time. You can also give drinks after you take orders, and before or after passing out food. Pass out the fondues and when everyone is ready, take all the orders and then go to the podium to make people happy. Pass out the food and fondues and go to the podium when they start asking for deserts, don't worry, deserts are not like fondues, deserts they will wait for. Pass out your deserts and then go back to the podium while they eat them. Give each table just the check and go back to the podium if you need to. If not, then clear dirty dishes, and then go back to the podium. Put out your flowers and make them happy at the podium once more before you seat the next round. You may not have to go to the podium everytime on every round, check the line and decide if you need to go or not.
ROUND 1 = 5 tables
2 lovebirds

ROUND 2 = 5 tables

ROUND 4 = 3 tables

First time Poster :)
Jen- since you seem to be the expert- I've been stuck on disco level 5 for a few days now and it's driving me nutty.
I keep losing the second set of yappers even when following your instructions.
Can you tell me who you are benching? Maybe this is making the difference for me???

Megan,
I never had to bench anyone at that point, but you could try benching the second set of yappers, if you get to the podium enough during the first two rounds then the first set of yappers should be happy. So make sure that on round 2 you make all the trips to the podium, go after you take orders, after you pass out snacks, while they eat desert, after giving the checks, after clearing dishes, and one more time after you put out flowers. You really need to make the trip between snacks and deserts and it will help you if after you pass out the food, you go right to the podium. If someone wants a snack go get it and then go right back to the podium. If you get to the podium and have another snack, go get it and go back to the podium., the podium won't break your snack chain. It seems strange, I know, but more often than not, nobody wants a snack or just one person does and the sooner you make them happy at the podium, the better. Sometimes I've passed out a snack or two and gone back to the podium when I get another snack. But I know that the people in line won't wait that long so I have to let the snack request go, it will happen that way sometimes. If this doesn't help let me know, we'll figure out something else. Good luck!!

Jen thank you so much for your tips. After-much exhaustion and frustration, I finally passed the level! I think it came down to benching that second set of yappers and getting more snack chain actions (i.e. the more people wanting snacks in that particular round than before)
I'm wondering if an upgrade (i.e. There is an upgrade before level 4 disco (shoes, stove, or bench) follows through to the next round or not? Is it just for that round? I tried switching that around some too, but it seemed like it didn't make much difference.

How do you guys figure all of this out? Do you just play it enough times to figure out who goes where and you are an expert at it...or do you have some cheat thing where you can figure it out easier? You guys are amazing and I wouldnt be able to play this game if it werent for you guys! lol thanks and keep up the good work!

Petie,
For myself, I take notes as I play the level and then type it all out. Glad you found it useful.

I have been following this chart but have not beaten my old high score of 22,045. I'm not even close. :( I'm confused on the best seating. It seems the biz women should both sit at the same table, but in one case, you have both seated at the same time. I also get confused on where to place both sets of phone yappers. There is no ideal seating for the highest color matches, imo. Do you have any assigned tables to go with that chart, by any chance?

Thanks a bunch,
nealsmama

I had been playing this level for ever, but could not beat it. I would come close, but still could not beat it. I would not lose any table, but the results would always the same. I was finally able to beat it after reading the post. It took me a number of tries because I kept losing people. I was finally able to complete the level, but I am never able to get expert. I am not sure what I am doing wrong.

Thanks for the post; for now, I am happy just finishing. :)
