I think the expert level of the Waterpark restaurant is impossible. I have gotten an expert score on ALL levels of all the available restaurants. I've even received expert scores on all the expert levels EXCEPT Waterpark.

Expert level, Water park/Coral cove.
Seat only 2 tables at a time. Look at the heart meters of the waiting customers and take 2 groups with the least hearts, seat them and pass out snacks. Take the orders and go to the podium. Pass out the food, pass out snacks and if you need to, go to the podium before giving deserts. Pass out deserts and then go to the podium while they eat them. Give each table just the check and go to the podium if you need to. Go clear dirty dishes and then put out flowers, you can go back to the podium before flowers if you need to. After flowers go to the podium once more before you seat the next 2 groups.
Its a lot of trips to the podium but you have to do it that way because the people in line won't wait long if you don't make them happy. This is also why you only seat 2 tables at a time, so you can get back to the podium in time. If you seat more than 2 tables it takes too long to serve them and by the time you get back to the podium, people in line will be upset. Good luck!

Jnoble, keep trying, you'll get it! Jen posted a great walkthrough, so follow that! It took me forever to get expert on the Waterpark, but I finally did! My last one to get Expert on was the Disco -- it was a killer!

Jnoble, follow Jen's advice. I think I lost a few tables myself, you might to just seat a few like Jen said, and you'll have room to seat the tables you're about to lose. Hang in there, I know it's a challenging level but you'll get it.

Jen I am unable to get over 28290 using your method of two tables only, and standing at the podium between every action. But it's better than before, as I only had 19420 which was not even expert. As you said you can get expert on this level using your method, do you have any other suggestions? I used the two tables close to the podium. Do you use the ones closer to the snacks?

Suze, this is what worked for me. Seat the most impatient tables first of course, then after you serve them, when they're happy, before dessert, use the podium always in between, when you see you're able to lose a table, you'll have the room to seat them on the empty remaining tables. I did this with the most impatient groups, all thru the expert level and did pretty well. Then once the impatient ones are gone, (always take them first) you can play like you would normally in seating everyone at the regular pace.

Suze, forgot to add, I didn't worry about seating them closer to the snacks, you can still get more points still with color matching.

I've been playing this for a while and realized it's just about as hard as the disco expert level. The podium doesn't refresh the hearts well, and the groups are mixed so they make themselves angry. It seems the angriest ones include the "dads" with their raised eyebrow. They also get mad and irritable when they are just with their son, and mixed in with families. But in this it's worse, they are with the cell phone guys. And also I see the joggers get impatient very fast. Odd since they are usually pretty carefree in the normal game.

Well I still did not get expert. My top score is still 28290 and I believe expert is 30000.

But as I play it over and over perhaps it will work.

For me, speaking as a slowpoke, using the tables closest to the snacks definitely boosted my score. When I used the tables closest to the podium, I often found I had gone and picked up snacks but by the time I got back to the customers they didn't want the snacks any more. Seating them on the other side solved that.
