Hi again Fancyblue. Really glad it worked for you. It's so frustrating when you keep trying at one level and just can't get past.
It gives instant message providers on my profile but I don't have any accounts set up (because I don't know how they work!!) - I'm just getting to grips with the forums! And I'm on UK time.
