Maybe it's because I've been playing this for ages and my brain has turned to goo, but I can't do this one. Does anyone have any hints?

Hello, gaz4life. I did the following run thru -- the first two rounds have 5 tables, hope that isn't a problem. There are a couple of times when there was a pair of businesswomen in line who were impatient -- just 'abuse' the podium as much as you can. I didn't use the two tables in the middle whatsoever, and just kept trying for color matching as best I could with the few tables I did use. Hope this is helpful. You'll achieve well over expert with this.

thanks 2 u and everyone who posted advise on the site. i finally won level 10 in beach shack and so far that was the hardest one to me. i used your advise and also i just let the less impation people like old ladies and bookworms and the fat guys wait at the podium, i used the podium like 5 or 6 times, and waited till everyone in the first group was finished , then set the flowers. everyone at the podium remained in a good mood with all the hearts.also i only passed out about 60% of the desserts, i ignored the reguest for desserts because i was always at the podium. thanks a bunch.
