help with Museum Level 5

I have tried a lot, but I cant pass this level... help someone?

The way I do this level is as follows:
put the flowers out first then go to the podium till the hearts release
start seating the groups with the teen boys on the top right hand corner table with teen girls either side (green and brown ones beside the flowers and the other girls in the middle), the yappers at the reserved table and the family at the other 4 (I don't use the 2 table at all.
next round - put the green and brown bookworms at the matching table, match up the brown and yellow teen boys with the previous table, girls next to them beside the yappers and the brown and blue teen boys to the left of the bookworms
then, colour-matching as much as you can, seat the grannies, stars, blue and green bookworms and two lots of grown up girls
on the final round, seat the 5 remaining groups remembering to keep the teen boys and girls together
should get you expert but let me know if you have any problems

I am a real slowpoke compared to people like Jen and Tinlizzie, so sometimes I have to find a different way of getting to Expert because I'll lose people from the line where they don't. My methods don't usually score as high as theirs do, but they do make Expert, so you might find them helpful if the other ones don't work.
For this level, for me, the key was knowing the customers. For example, both cell phone guys and teen boys annoy the people who like quiet, but cell phone guys are very quick to order and impatient while teen boys are very slow to order but are pretty patient once they're seated, especially if they're seated near teen girls.
Because I'm slower, I use more rounds with fewer tables. But this can help increase the color bonuses, so it works out.
Oh, and before I get to the actual walkthrough, one more general tip--if you're near the end of a round and one table is asking for snacks (muffins in this case) and the other is asking for dessert (cheesecake on this level), then give the snacks first before you start the dessert chain. That's because people who ask for snacks will often ask for a dessert afterwards (especially teens), but people who ask for dessert will just want their check when they finish.
OK, here's a walkthrough that worked for me. Put flowers down before each round, use drinks to keep people happy, and use the podium a lot.
1. teen boys (seat first, they're slowest to order)
teen girls
yappers (cell phone guys)
Now at the end of this round, you will see a reservation sign at the end of the line, but no people attached to it. You have to take one group out of the line to see that the people with reservations are impatient yappers. So I have a weird round 2, but it works for me.
2. Seat the two girls.
Pull the yappers with reservations out of the line and put them at the res table.
Put the 2 celebrities on the bench and leave them there..
So this round has only two groups seated, but don't worry--you'll still make expert. Use the podium to keep people happy.
3. 4 Red/yellow girls
4 Red/yellow seniors
2 blue girls at reservation table in blue seats
4 red/green bookworms at middle table
4. red/yellow girls
blue/green girls in the middle on the green seats from the round 3 bookworms
blue/green bookworms at the reservation table (make sure you get them on the max blue seats)
5. Red/blue teen boys at the reservation table (top left) maxing out the blue seats
yellow/red teen boys top right
all green teen girls in the top center
more teen girls in the middle
All this time the celebrities have been sitting on the bench.
6. Celebrities at the res table top left
Family anywhere they won't bother the celebrities.
As you can see I take six rounds where faster people only take 3, but it gets to Expert.

Oops! I messed up the first round of the slowpoke version--you are going to seat 5 tables then, because there are two sets of teen boys and two sets of teen girls. And I put the bookworms on the wrong table in round 4, although I don't think that one will matter. Here's the corrected slowpoke version.
