Does anyone nows how 2 pass this level in expert?

There isn't a lot of scope with this level but if you put out flowers on the first round only, and then colour match as much as you can (there's one round where you'll need to put 2 brown girls on a blue table but that can't be helped) and make sure you chain the actions for all the table, you should get expert.

You meant the bonus Expert Level for the museum, right? The one you can unlock after you've gotten Expert on all 10 of the regular Museum levels?

Sorry if I misunderstood. If it's the unlocked expert level then I find the trick is to make the best of the few chairs available that you can get colour bonuses with.
Seat the first group of tourists at the table beside the drinks machine so that one chair is brown and one blue. You'll have a group with the same colours for each round, so keep seating them at this table.
On the other tables, keep seating the same colours in the colour bonus chairs. Keep the yappers for one round (not easy but it is possible if you go back to the podium frequently). I don't bother with the table for 2 people, I just work on the others.
