After trying for the last several days and using several different tactics I have found it almost impossible to get expert on this one. The closest I have gotten is 13,000. Any one have a seating chart to help me get through this one?
Thanks in advance.

Gabby2u,
Here's what has worked for me, this is a tough level!
Table #1 is the table for 4 on the left side, the one below it is table #2. Then in the middle, the one closest to the counter is table #3, below it is #4, and at the bottom is #5; the bar is table #6. Always be sure to put out flowers and serve drinks when you can. Work the podium like crazy so you don't lose anyone! When you seat the teens at the podium, put more flowers out with each group so you get more points. Cycle through the podium 3 or 4 times before you start Round 1.
----
Round 1
4 girls, red and blue, table 1
yellow lovebirds, table 2
4 women, yellow and green, tables 3 & 4 pushed together--make sure you have 2 of the same color on the top and 2 of the same on the bottom, not side by side
red lovebirds, table 5
teen girls, green, table 6A
teen boys, red and blue, table 6B
teen girls, yellow, table 6C
----
Round 2
2 women, blue, table 1
2 women, green, table 2 or 3, to match color
red lovebirds, table 5
yappers, red and blue, table 6, match color as best you can
----
Round 3
red and blue girls, table 1
tourists, tables 3 & 4 pushed together
moms & babies, red, table 5
----
Round 4
bookworms, table 1
green family, tables 3 & 4 pushed together, get highchair!
red & blue family, table 6, match color as best you can
----
Hope this works for you, I have gotten between 14685 and 14925 points the times I have done it!

Here is a slowpoke variation that gets Expert for me. You're only going to seat 4 groups in most rounds. The key as smukat mentioned is to use the center tables in the right way, sometimes as 4, sometimes as 2. Also, I found it essential to make sure I got green color bonuses.
.
I put out flowers for every round. Pretty much my end sequence every time is pick up checks. Go to podium and charge hearts. Pick up dishes. Put out flowes. Charge podium one more time. Then seat.
.
My method probably won't get as many points as smukat's, but it might be easier for slower folks.
.
Round 1
1 set of girls top of bar on right
red lovebirds bottom center
family, top center (pushing two tables together)
4 green/yellow businesswomen top right
.
Make sure you give the family a highchair or the businesswomen lose too many hearts. Use drinks as needed.
.
Round 2
teen boys top left
green teen girls in center on green seats
yellow teen girls in center on yellow seats
red/blue girls at top of bar
.
Round 3
red lovebirds center bottom
yellow lovebirds center on yellow seats
2 blue businesswomen top of bar
2 greenbusinesswwomen center on green seats
4 yappers top left, matching blue
.
Make sure you seat the businesswomen before the yappers. They need to finish first or they'll lose hearts sitting next to the yappers. You can still chain every step, it just works a little better in this order.
.
Round 4
2 red moms on the bottom center at the 2 person red table (no highchairs)
4 bookworms at the bar matching the blue seats
4 tourists at the top center matching the green seats
family at the top left matching the blue seat (give highchair)
.
Anytime you go to get the mop also pick up drinks if they're available and give to whoever needs them.
.
As long as you put out flowers before every round, charge hearts at the podium before each round, and use drinks to keep people happy this should put you just a bit over Expert.
.
Good luck!

Ack! I messed up round 1. Here's the corrected version.
.
Round 1
1 set of girls top of bar on right
red lovebirds bottom center
family, top left
4 green/yellow businesswomen top center (pushing 2 tables together)
.
Make sure you give the family a highchair or the businesswomen lose too many hearts. Use drinks as needed.
.
Round 2
teen boys top left
green teen girls in center on green seats
yellow teen girls in center on yellow seats
red/blue girls at top of bar
.
Round 3
red lovebirds center bottom
yellow lovebirds center on yellow seats
2 blue businesswomen top of bar
2 greenbusinesswwomen center on green seats
4 yappers top left, matching blue
.
Make sure you seat the businesswomen before the yappers. They need to finish first or they'll lose hearts sitting next to the yappers. You can still chain every step, it just works a little better in this order.
.
Round 4
2 red moms on the bottom center at the 2 person red table (no highchairs)
4 bookworms at the bar matching the blue seats
4 tourists at the top center matching the green seats
family at the top left matching the blue seat (give highchair)
.
Anytime you go to get the mop also pick up drinks if they're available and give to whoever needs them.
.
As long as you put out flowers before every round, charge hearts at the podium before each round, and use drinks to keep people happy this should put you just a bit over Expert.
.
Good luck!

Congratulations!
.
I also wanted to mention that smukat's point about seating the green/yellow businesswomen so that you end up with a table for 2 greens and a table for 2 yellows is really important for my walkthrough, too.
.
Also another slowpoke tip: I think you only get one flower bonus for the bar even if you seat 2 or three groups there. And it can take longer to serve people in the middle of the bar then at the top end. So that's why the slowpoke alternative only seats a few people at the bar on this level.

Robin,
I discovered that you can get multiple flower points when you seat multiple groups at the bar! Put out flowers, seat a group and get your 100 points. Then, put more flowers on an empty part of the bar. Seat another group, get another 100 points! You can keep doing this as long as you have empty seats at the bar, it's great!
Thanks for all you are doing with the walkthroughs, it's really helpful and you are an angel!

Thank-you so much for both the fast and slow-poke versions of this round. I have printed them both out and will try them now. Hopefully I can get one of these methods to do the trick.
