This is a slowpoke variation. It will just barely get you past Expert. Maybe someone faster can post a faster version for more points But at least this will get you to the Expert score.

I found that one of the keys to this level was to cycle through the podium twice at the start of each round. So my routine at the end of each round was almost always: give checks. Charge up hearts at podium. Pick up dishes and put out flowers. Charge up hearts at podium. If needed, charge up hearts again. Then start seating.

1. Start by cleaning.
Pick up all dishes.
Put out all flowers
Mop all tables.
Go to podium and charge hearts twice.
Now start seating. I'm going to put these in the order that they're sitting, but you'll actually seat them a little out of order because they're not all there at the beginning.
4 girls w 2 blue girls, middle right, match blue
6 girls, lower right (put the first set of 6 here)
2 blue/green girls top left (they come in later)
2 green girls middle left
6 girls, lower left (pushing two tables together)

Give drinks, snacks, chain everything, use the podium if you need to. Standard closing sequence: checks, podium, dishes, flowers, podium, podium.

2. You're going to seat 6 tables total, 3 sets of teen girls, 3 sets of teen boys. I'm not sue I remember exactly where everyone goes, but the colors should make it obvious. Try to seat the boys before the girls because they take longer to order, but one set of 2 green teen boys will come in towards the end.
The two larger groups of boys will be seated towards the bottom on both sides.

3. Final round! Use the podium twice before starting.
Here we're going to match as many colors as we can, but we can't match everyone. Seat the girls first if you can because they take longer to order.

blue dad and son top left
green dad and son middle left
family lower left, match two colors if you can, use high chair
4 girls (2 blue, 2 mixed) top right, match on blue
blue girl and a couple of kids lower right, match two colors if you can.

Finish with the usual--drinks, snacks, mop. Chain everything.

yeay, I did it! you made it seem so simple =)

I must be doing something wrong because I still can't get it LOL People get too mad when I stop a second to think! Now if I can just do everything fast enough I can get it.

I've done a walkthrough which will score about 18,500 depending on snack requests and spills and doesn't use more than 5 tables at a time.

Go to the podium first till the hearts release, then mop up starting from the ground end and working towards the podium, clear the dishes, put out flowers and go back to the podium.

First round, 6 girls at big table, green and blue girls at table which has 2 blue chairs, family to the left of the big table and 2 green girls next to the family.
.
Next round, 4 teen boys at table for 6, brown teen girls behind them, blue and green girls to the left. Green father and son on green table for 2 and blue, green and brown grown up girls on the table for 4.
.
Third round, 6 girls on big table, blue and green girls to the left and blue girl with brown boy on other table for 4.
.
Last round, 6 teen boys on big table, green teen boys on green table, teen girls on brown table in between them. Father and son on blue chairs on 4 table at the back and girl with small boys on the other 4.

After two days of trying to beat this level I finally did it! It was the podium tip that did it. What works best for me is if I fill the podium BEFORE I start cleaning tables! I even made expert score. I laughed hysterically when I made expert after two days of failing miserably! Someone call the booby hatch for me!

The only reason at all that I got through this level is because of these tips! I wouldn't have thought to use the podium before doing anything else, but the fact that they build up in line while you're waiting for the hearts to fill is the key! Thanks for the help :)
