OK, here's the walkthrough I use.

Round 1:
Red/blue girls in the upper left
Other two girls in the upper right
Family, bottom right, Mom in bottom left chair.
Give highchair
Man/boy in bottom left
.
Remember the tips on giving drinks and anticipating!

Round 2:
red/blue girls top left
tourists top right
family bottom right, Mom in bottom left chain.
Give highchair

If you pick up drinks to give to the tourists and you get to their table and they want their picture taken, take the picture, then give the drinks to someone else.

Round 3
You will probably lose one group from the line now, either a family or the girls. That's OK, you can still make Expert. But be ready to seat everyone quickly!

Girls (or family, whosever left) bottom right, match colors
Man/boy, bottom left
