OK, this is a slowpoke variation that should get you to Expert. I'm sure one of the faster people can give you a walkthrough that will score even more points, but this will get you an Expert star.

The key to this level for me is good color matching and good use of the podium. Many times I let the hearts fill at the podium two or even three times to get everyone charged up before I seat them. That's because the only thing you have to work with on this level is drink and main orders--there are no snacks or desserts for extra points.

Also, in most rounds I'm only seating 3 or 4 groups. That lets me serve everyone before they lose hearts.

Make sure you let the heart cycle finish at the podium before running over to one of the tables, unless you're about to lose a customer.

Also, it is absolutely essential on this level that you have two different chains, one for money and one for dirty dishes. So when a diner finishes, click on them just once, not twice. That will pick up their money and leave the dirty dishes on the table. Then move on to the next one to get their money. Pick up everyone's money before you go back and get the dirty dishes.
