Oh my gosh - I can't win at this stupid game

I can't believe I though Fashion Fits was hard; its a cakewalk compared to this! I just can't win at this!!!!ARRRGGHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!

I'm buying uprades, I'm chasing those stupid thimbles across the floor like a beasgle on crack, I'm bowing and s c r aping to those nervous cell phone ladies and keep missing level scores....forget expert, once I'm in the second shop, it takes me 5 tries to make a level!!!!

Whew....that's better. Just had to let that out. :)

Anyone else feel the same way? Anyone find "fetching thimbles" vaguely humiliating? Anyone here, other than RJx (he who may offend, but can play anything!) going to be expert on all levels?

I have expert on all levels. At first, it's a slow game. Catch all the thimbles you can, you will need them. If you go past a level and don't get expert, you can go back and replay, with better upgrades. I hope this makes sense.

I too got experts in all the levels. I would advise you to upgrade the machines as soon as possible. Then from the second shop you would have the manaquin. Use is wisely. I used to make my first few visitors wait until and unless I had put up a dress on the manaquin. You can keep one evening gown or a shirt and a skirt or pants. Then before bringing in your first customers make sure that you have the same dress on display as your manaquin. If someone will buy that dress then you would get double the actual amount of that money and the fat ladies generally buy that dress only. Also buy an accessory in the starting also as this will give you a lot of money. Next if you can serve 3 customers at a time then place a particular color's customer on a particular dias only. For example if you had placed blue one on dias 1, Green one on dias 2 and red one on dias 3 then even though dias 1 is empty and dias 3 is full place a red customer on dias 3 only. In this game you can get color bonuses upto 10-15 customers. So if you would place your 10nt blue customer on dias 1 without breaking the chain then for that particular customer only you can get 100$ as bonus. So think about this. Buy the water upgrade also early because this would help you when you want to implement the color bonus thing as explained early because sometimes you have customers who have just 1 heart. Next you dont lose any money if you lose any customer except the fashion designer one(the bald man). so dont worry if you are about to lose a cusromer. You can affort to lose a customer but you cannot afford to break a color chain. And at last if you have a few empty space in your display case and if you last customer has ordered an expensive dress and if you have the fastest machine then, you can just make 2 such dresses put one on the manaquin and then ring the bill. This way you would get double the actual amount of the dress. I hope this would help you.

Thanks to Khusboo1984 for the hints. They really worked. I had the worse time trying to get expert with Milano level 4 and 5. Finally made it.

Hi. I have all the upgrades but I can't seem to beat lvl 4 on Miliano. Forget expert, I just want to progress to the next level! Any tips would be welcome!

I remember you from the Fashion Fits thread!! You can do it. Don't give up. Follow the tips here and it works. I made expert on all levels after using the tips listed here. It really works. Great game; I love it!! Sorry I finished it; wanted it to continue!! The best advice i can give is to play 1-9 and then start over as you will have the upgrades from the beginning. Don't start a new game, just replay the game you were playing at the beginning. Your scores will enable you to buy all of the upgrades for each level and that's what makes the difference. I couldn't buy all the upgrades the first time through but did when I went back and replayed. I couldn't get past the first level in Miliano without it. Good luck!! Let us know how you're doing. Dress Shop Hop is a great game and the key is to make it past to every level without being concern about becoming an expert. After you complete all levels, go back and you will be able to use the upgrades that you bought. Be sure to match the colors and use the maniquin when available. I have been able to score over 324,000 points and continue to find ways to increase my score.

I did love fashion fits as well. Just when I had gone as far as I could, along comes Dress Shop Hop.

Funnily enough I found Dress Shop Hop ridiculously easy but Fashion Fits impossible!! I had to give up after not being able to beat the last level of only the second or third store (can't remember)... I think that Dress Shop Hop is easier because you can control the number of people that need your attention at once...but maybe that's just me. Hehe.

I'm not usually a quitter...but..I cannot get level 10 Britlon.
