Moving Game Data to a New PC

My daughter has played SBDD for almost a year now and has progresed very far. She just got a new pc and I'd like to move her saved game data over to the new pc......but can't seem to locate it. Has anyone on this forum ever moved data from pc to pc? If so, what is the filename I should be looking for?
