I am SOOOO Stuck for 3 days now. My goal is 5500. I got 5486 once and lost NO Customers... but Everytime I usually get around 4800-5200. I usually loose only 1 customer. I can't seem to pass this area. Every other level was fine to pass. This just seems IMPOSSIBLE. I know its not cuz others have passed it- but I'm not sleeping and when I close my eyes I see the customers with the visions above their heads. I WANT MY LIFE BACK but I MUST PASS THIS BOARD EFORE I GO MENTAL.

Umm isn't the goal for Miliano Level 4 6300??

Anyway I just replayed that level and there's a LOT of those impatient women with sunglasses... make sure you get them first and make sure to match the colours of the analyzers--it'll give them an extra heart. Though the women who change colour can be confusing, they are patient so make them wait until you can put them on the right colour. Try to keep at least a couple platforms going with the same colour.. up to x10 or more, because that really adds to your score.

Also its best to concentrate on only 2 people at a time, if you need to do 3, but I find that if all four platforms are occupied things get really confusing really fast.

What kind of upgrades do you have? Make sure you've got at least one accessory to sell because that makes a surprisingly large amount of money--especially since those impatient women (can't remember their names) love them.

If you are worried about people's hearts running out because of the time, make sure you do Yvette since she gives everyone an extra heart.

You know, the cool thing about this game is that if you do fail a level you build up points to buy upgrades with. I messed up the Miliano level 1 so many times that I actually had over 14,000 points to buy upgrades with. So, I bought every single one of them with a lot of change to spare. LOL Then it seemed like cake to breeze through the next 9 levels. Did anyone else have an experience like this? I mean, level 1 is a real booger, so I wouldn't be surprised. :)  Just curious but glad to have finally finished the game. Will I try for all expert? Maybe after I rest up a few days. LOL :)
