In the Free Play Mode of Chocolatier, there are only 3 cities available. How do you get the other cities to become available?

I think you need to play in story mode first to unlock ports. Then you play in freeplay mode afterwards.

I play in story mode but have not unlocked any more cities. I think you have to buy or download.

No buying or downloading for the other ports, they slowly become available as the game progresses.

Well the thing is you have to play this game for at least a day or so non stop to unlock any new ports in my opinion.
