Ok I searched for a early post on this level and did not find one. Maybe it is easier than I am making it but I am stuck for sure...

Any advice from anyone on how to get through this level?

I think I can help you. I did a post for this level at another site and I'm going to copy it here for you but it will take more than one post.

Ok, Diner dash 3, fifth restaurant, level 48. Your going to do the same routine for each round which is, seat the customers and give drinks to one table then pass out any snacks. Take all the orders and again you can give drinks to one table, then go to the podium to make people happy. Pass out all the food and you can give drinks again or you could give the drinks before you pass out the food. Mop any spills and then give out snacks and deserts, you want to try and chain snacks and deserts but it won't always work out that way, just do the best you can. Continued...

Continued: Once you've passed out all the deserts, check the line of customers, if anyone has only one heart left on their heart meter then go to the podium to make people happy while people eat desert. If your customers in line are ok, then go around and give out just the checks and then go to the podium and make people happy. After you make people happy, clear away the dirty dishes and then go back to the podium and make people happy again and then you can seat the next round. You need to seat and serve the slower people first and I will list them in the order you should use. Make sure that you wait untill everyone has put down the menus and is ready to order before picking up the first one, and wait for them all to finish eating or already having desert before you give the first check, you don't want to have to break a chain for snacks or deserts. Continued: Sometimes when you are seating you won't see all your customers in line as some are outside the door, if you seat the first group another will appear in line.
So when the game starts go to the podium and wait, the first customers you'll get are 2 groups of 2 lovebirds, 2 girls, 3 women, 2 old men, and 3 yappers. Let the podium go off twice and then seat the 2 groups of lovebirds, 2 girls, 3 women, and by now your 3 yappers should have arrived and you can seat them, so for the first round you have 5 tables. For the second round you have 6 tables to seat, 2 tourists, 2 joggers, 4 girls, 2 girls, 4 women, and 1 yapper. Continued....

Continued: For the third round you have 5 tables to seat, 5 girls, a family, 4 women, 2 women, and 2 yappers. For the fourth round you have 5 tables to seat, 2 groups of 2 lovebirds, 2 joggers, a family, and 4 yappers. For the fifth round you have 6 tables to seat, 2 groups of 2 lovebirds, 4 joggers, a family, 1 girl, and 1 woman. For the sixth and last round you have 5 tables to seat, 2 groups of 2 lovebirds, 2 old men, and 2 groups of 2 tourists.
Don't forget to make good use of color bonuses when you seat people. I got well past the expert score so you should make out ok. If you have any questions, let me know. Good luck!
