Endless Shift Problem

Has anyone had a problem with the game in the Endless Shift? I was playing the Medium speed, had over 130,000 points with 5 stars, and it started running so incredibly slow, nearly to the point of the whole thing being frozen. I coudn't continue the game, as nothing would move. Very frustrating, this has happened a few times now, once you start to get the higher points. Just wondering if anyone else has had this problem too?

I played endless shift for a while, but I didn't experience any problems. I'm not sure what could have been wrong, but I know that on occasion when I am playing other games, such as plant tycoon, my computer will begin to run slow. It could just be your computer.

Thanks Cyndi. Have you played getting at least 100,000 points? The thing is, this only happens when I get the higher points, it's fine up until then. None of my other games has this problem, which makes me believe it's the game, not my PC.

I'm getting to the the point where space is sometimes a problem and I have a few games that start to lag when I get into the higher levels and higer scores. Farm frenzy was one, it was fine at first but the higher I went, the slower it got. I find these games play best if I "clean" the puter first, but it doesn't always solve the problem. I have yet to play the endless shift in Doggie dash, but later tonight when I have time, I will and see if I get the same thing.

hmm, I haven't played up to that just yet. I will try it later on and let you know if the same thing happens to me. :)

I made it to 105,000 points last night and the game ran fine for me. I have no clue what could be wrong for yours. Sorry I couldn't help more.

Cyndi, thanks so much. I do appreciate it. The game is still doing that, very weird. The highest I've gotten is like 160,000 then it stopped responding again. I sent an email to PF so hopefully they'll be able to help me. Thanks again!

Hi LB. Been playing the endless shift, and it works fine until I get up to 400,000+ points. It gets slow and will not work properly. I think it may be the same problem you have been having. Did you find out what was causing it and were you able to fix it?

HI Cyndi! Thanks so much! That was really sweet of you. I emailed PF, they wanted me to send them my dxdiag file, they said my video card driver needs to be updated, which I have done, but it's still happening in the game. Which leads me to believe there may be a glitch. It's only on the Endless Shift games though, that this happens. What's really strange, is I even played the DDHH Endless shift, and that's fine, it's ony with Doggie Dash, that this happens.
I enjoyed playing the Endless Shift games, as it was fun to see how big those score could get with all that chaining. Oh well!....Anyway, thanks again for your help, I really appreciate it!

I have the same exact problem. I also contacted PF and sent them my diag. file. They told me the same thing, but my driver is fine. It still freezes and not only that, but now the game doesn't save my progress once I log out. I then installed it on my brand new laptop and once I started the endless shift it did the same thing after a while. Then wouldn't you know it, it started to stop saving my progress when just playing the game on story mode as well. I really didn't get far with PF. I own several games from them and Doggie Dash is the only one I experience problems with. It is very frustrating and I can't understand why it does it.
