I unlocked the gallery and was expecting something exciting but it only looks like a bunch of pictures!!! Is there something else or is this it???

In the gallery are restaurants, you can play, too. But only in endless shift or multiplayer. you must click on play.

How do you play the restaurants in the gallery in endless shift? I dont see it? Please help.
