I see Q&A someone already posted about "passing Level42", but I still need help. I use the podium and drinks to keep customers happy. I do my best to sit customers according to their colors. I had all customers leave happy with 5 stars, but I still can't pass Level 42. The highest score I had was 15745. Someone please help!

Try to seat as many as possible then keep them happy at the podium. Save the dishes pickup until you have all or most of the tables to chain - points really add up when you pick up those dishes last.

I was stuck on level 41 and 42 as well. It was almost impossible for me to get an expert score. I read forums and tried the seating plans other people posted and that didn't work for me at all. What worked for me is creating chains of 4-5 tables at a time, along with color match seating. Make sure you pick up the order all at once, bring the food all at once, bring the desert all at once, give the check to everyone and then clear out the double. You get crazy bonus points for doing chains. There will be many occasions where the customers are trying to break your chain. For instance, if the floor needs mopping, make sure they have a bubble pop up before you mop that table. Or, wait for everyone to ask for desert before you bring it to them because someone might want a snack at the very end and that will break the chain. FYI: Chains of deserts and snacks usually gives you the most points. The tricky part to this is that because the customer is waiting a little longer than usual to get whatever they need, the heart level might go down. Make sure you pick up an order as soon as you possibly can because that gives a heart boost. And the podium is your best friend. It's ok to sacrafice the heart level of seated customers to give the waiting ones a heart boost. You don't want to lose any table. For instance, if everyone is ready to get desert, let them wait a moment and go to the podim to give everyone else a heart boost. Your tip may be a bit lower, but it is more important to not lose any customer and to keep the chain going. I hope this doesn't confuse anyone and I hope it helps.

does it break a chain if i go to the podium?how about if i give drinks?i can't seem to keep everyone 5 hearts happy.how do i manage that?

The chain will only break if you go to the podium before the hearts reappear.

It's difficult to keep everyone happy, but try and give a drink between each chain if you can. And don't break a good chain (like desserts) to give snacks or drinks. Hope that helps a bit.
