Can't save levels or players?????

I have emailed playfirst. Waiting for response. It is frustrating to have to start all over again each time. Any ideas??? thanks

PLEASE!!!! Let me know what you hear. I'm also having this problem and it's SOOOOOOO frustrating. I love this chapter of DinerDash the most, but I can't stand losing all my progress every time I shut down my computer!!

I AM HAVING THE SAME PROBLEM...I WAS ALMOST COMPLETE WITH ALL TRIPS NOW I HAVE TO START OVER ALL THE TIME...THIS IS FRUSTRATING

i am soooo glad to find out that im not the only one having this problem... i bought every version of diner dash at bigfishgames only to find out that every game is the same... you cant save your levels... you have to minimize it to the task bar... otherwise you have to start over! so, what is the deal? i called the 800 that first charged my debit card, and they told me that diner dash was closed down? world wide, and would soon be fixed... two days later, i tried calling them back and the number was then invalid... so i dont know what is going on...

I just got an email from playfirst and they game me a few options what to do. The one that i used was to into Documents and Settings then click on all users, then click on Application Data (if it does not show up, it may be hidden so you have to go and show your hidden folders. Then select Playfirst, then games and finally dinerdashfloonthego. THen you will see the game. Click on it and it should be able to save your games each time you play. Only thing is, you wont be able to use the Together feature. I haven't found out how to do that yet...but i hope this really helps everyone i know it has made things a lot easier for me!!!!

this didnt work for me, any ideas?i bought my games from bigfish.com and they cant help...help!
