Is there a certain way your restaurant should look to get enough customers to make the expert goal? I'm not getting enough customers on most levels, even on the 2nd and 3rd levels of each restaurant where it's super-easy to keep up with the people and get them out fast. Any ideas? Any tips?

I always just assumed that making the resturaunt look nicer was just for fun. I've never noticed that customers come in more frequently. I don't think it matters how you arrange your decorations. I could be wrong however.
