Desperate for guidance, Expert level 8 and 9!!!

Hey Jen! Your assistance with Flo have been like a warm blanket on a chilled night -- comforting, THANX!. Anyway, I write hoping you have some words of wisdom for accomplishing Expert level's at 8 and 9. It must be pretty simple, as I have not noted many requests for help for either of these. For the life of me, I just can't go there. Please, I realize this must be old hat for you, but if you've got the goods, I know you will share. Many thanks! Kris
P.S. I am new here and not real familiar with how to access the answers, any tips would be most appreciated.
