HI. I hope you've gotten past it by now, but in case you haven't, seat like this....
First Seating:
Dove table: Madison, Uncle Charles, Diane, Chloe & Kathleen #2
Bell table: Chloe & Kathleen #1
Run around and start picking up gifts while you wait for the second set of Chloe and baby to arrive. Serve food to Madison and Uncle Charles first, then the others, so that their seats are freed up first.

Second seating:
Dove table: Uncle Charles, Madison, Uncle Charles, Chloe & Kathleen
Bell Table: Diane, Madison

Throw in a few photos, some baby crying, pigeons, and you should have over 8250, you only need 6800 to make the level.
