Recipe icon missing - game crashes

I'm playing on a mac 10.5.2. Well into the game I need to bring 28 cases of Raspberry Mint Mahajanga Chocolate Infusions to trade with Yi Huang. When I go to the recipe book there is a blank icon in the far left corner, if I hover over it I get the stats for the Raspberry Mint Mahajanga Chocolate Infusion and if I select it in the factory it opens but there is no icon on the factory page. If I click 'make chocolate' the game crashes. I can't see anyway to go back and get out of this task and obviously I can't complete it with the crashy crashy problem. Anyone else have this bug? Ideas?

Did you ever get the icon for Raspberry Mint Mahajanga Choc infusions to work?  I have the same problem.  what did you do?
