My Doctors Are Slackers

In a village of over 50 people, I have 4 assigned doctors. They are all such slackers!! They started as hard to assign a job to anyway. They finally responded to studying the strange plants. Even so, when I check on them, they are slacking off by enjoying the pond, curious about this and that. I had to give them special uniforms so I could easily spot them in a crowd and drag them to a plant to study. I'll never have a Master Doctor!!
