I was stuck on this level too until I came to the forum and used some of the valuable tips here (thanks LisaAimee). SPEED is the KEY, (so drink that lemonade)! Click as fast as you can while chaining. Also, don't bother picking up the cheese until the end. It can accumulate until the day is over with. The happier your animals, the more valuable the goods that they produce are (ex. more eggs in the basket, larger wool piles, etc.). Just keep trying everyone and you will get it.
