Well I already found ales but I can't do anything with them. There is no sign for me to take them to Mad.
And after I uncursed the city of Enjinro and bring ghost with me to Vampress house and there is nothing happen. What should I do.

Once you talk to Mad Marge, she asks you for the ale. You can't get it before she asks you to. Then just talk to her to give it to her. She will then offer to join your party if you pay her. There is another barrel you get I think (or it might be the same one). If you use just select and use it from your item list, you'll get a surprise!

If you killed the vampress in that house, I don't think the ghost will stay there now. There is nothing you can do about that unfortunately so next time just don't kill her!
