Just Need Expert on 2 Levels!

Milian Levels 4 and 9, are all I need to make expert. I come so close, tried all the tips listed here, but still am unable to reach the expert goal. Level 4 is where you get alot of those customers who change their mind on the platofrm, which I keep one seperate just for them, Any suggestions I'd appreciate it. Thanks.
