PF Staff: Please consider installing a feature that enables us to mark posts, "Read & Unread" That way, we wouldn't have to scroll through the entire thread to find new replies. Also, why not just call it a Message board, instead of forums? That's really what it is already.

Doesn't the RSS feed already enable us to read only the new posts? Or has that feature been removed?

I like re-labelling the fourms as Message Boards. Maybe then younger members will FINALLY understand that they aren't chat rooms!

I would consider rebranding the whole lot of the forums as 'the game lounge' or just 'the lounge' and since we now have the tips section, doing away with the other forums, just have 'the playfirst lounge', the 'support' and a couple of new ones in there, possibly listed in categories if people dislike the current system with things. Personally I like the system as it is now really.

I also think we should introduce a new feature where threads are deleted after a while of noone posting, ie: noone posts in them for two weeks-delete them so there is less there, at least in the PF lounge.

EuroDC ... That's a good idea about deleting old threads in the Lounge area.

I'm not sure it would be so good for the game forums since I still go back and look through old threads if I'm stuck in a game.

I don't think the forum threads should be deleted.I have gone back in many posts for game tips and walkthroughs.That is mainly what the forum is all about.And there are always new members that can use the forum.I hope that never happens!
