Coffee Dark Chocolate Bars

for Chocolatier, i Talked to Hernan Velazquez at Calypso Cocktails in Trinidad, he told me to head to new york and see Nicholas Schaeffer, it wasn't an official quest though, on my way i did get an official quest so i didn't want to say no,i finished the official quest and headed back to find Nicholas Schaeffer. but then, he said the same old thing, he was suppose to give the recipe for Coffee Dark Chocolate Bars. but now how do i get it, i can't get the same message from Hernan Velazquez. Is this a glitch in the game?

Since getting this recipe isn't an official quest, you can visit Nicholas in the library in New York anytime, after you've been sent there, that is if you aren't in the middle of another official quest, and you should get the recipe. Nicholas just remembers you need it.
