Endless Shift medal

I have played endless shift twice now, the second time for 30 minutes, yet still have not received the medal. Anyone know why? I really don't want to play it again, because the pace is too frantic, I just want the medal I earned.

What's another word for Thesaurus? -Steven Wright

Same here Lisa.Played 3x for 30 minutes or so,and no medal.
Twice the other nite and once today.

Could it be a bug?
Actually, I've played the Endless mode just once for 31 minutes.
And, earned all 4 rewards(5 min, 10 min, 20 min and 30 min).

Do you have to beat story mode first by any chance? Does it matter if you play easy, medium or difficult endless mode in order to earn the medal? Thanks! :)
