I am not sure if this is right but, it is a start until I can find more information. One key thing I did read in another thread is to wait to sit the slower eaters. You can try this but I haven't actually beat this level yet.

As soon as red headed man is seated take his gift, give him his appetizer, entree, and dessert. You can now sit two of the most impatient people in line next to the hat lady. I think I choose Uncle Charles and whoever was wanting to sit next to him.

I don't recall exactly what I did, but I ended up getting expert on the level of like 4 days of trying to even pass it. The advice to seat the patient ones is good--I didn't really seat Grandpa until he got so mad I was losing points. I didn't even have to use my kissing glass or champagne until like halfway through. Try to wait until all the tables are empty or mostly empty to seat--that way, you can chain like crazy. Good luck!
