Stumped at end of level puzzle

I must losing patience because I'm about to ask for a refund for this great game.

I'm stuck on the puzzle portion of Island 6 Beach 5. I just cannot see a way to complete the puzzle so each area lines up.

Any tips? Help? Anything?
