Here's how to pass Level 11:

Round 1:

Sit the group of four Young Ladies at a four-top table, the Family at the other four-top table, the Cellphone Addicts at the two-top table next to the Family, and the group of two Young Ladies at the remaining table left.

Serve those four in combos.

Round 2:

Sit the Young Ladies, at a two-top table, the Family next to the Young Ladies, the group of four Cellphone Addicts at the remaining four-top table, and the Business Women next to the Cellphone Addicts.

Serve those four in combos.

Round 3:

Sit the group of two Young Ladies at a two-top table, the group of four Young Ladies next to them, the group of four Cellphone Addicts at the remaining four-top table, and the group of two Cellphone Addicts at the remaining two-top table.

Serve those four in combos.

Round 4:

If you manage to keep the remaining group of business women, sit them anywhere. Serve them.
