  Any level that I had trouble getting expert on, I was able to pass by doing what I explained above, so yes, try it on level 49.  Remember though, I only did this on the last round of customers.  I'd keep an eye on the clock, when I had 12-15 seconds left I'd break my chain of passing out chocolates and grab up any money.  This allowed me to get another 3-4 customers and  you give them menus right away so you can go back to chaining like before.  How far from the expert goal are you, or I should say how much more money do you need to make expert?
