Sorry, I took so long to answer. From what i remember the first answer goes like this:
1) All of the fairies left because one fairy saw three stars fall fromthe sky.
I have never heard the second question which is weird because I reached advanced fairy.
2) Try this: Fairies there do not want to know about the secret world of mortal ways. (weird sentence, probably won't work)
