Just keep at it ladies, expert is possible.  I do believe that other than the last round of customers, you will need to chain everything.  So when your first few people come in, give them menus and get started making chocolates but do not pass anything out.  Wait untill more customers come and fill all the empty spots, give them menus to complete the menu chain and then start passing out chocolates.  After the first round, each place should have a new customer arrive as you pick up the cash so you shouldn't have to wait for new people, be careful though!  Sometimes one spot will remain empty for a few seconds before the last customer arrives so make sure all empty spots have have a customer before you pass anything out.  Many times i got caught this way, i'd pass out chocolate sauce, then see the empty spot and the last customer arrive, grr!  The other thing is the zepplin orders.  Heres what i did.  On each round I pass out menus and start making and passing out chocolates.  The zepplin arrives during this time and it will be the last order I make but I don't pass it out.  Instead I give the last customer their order, collect all the money, and pass out menus.  Then I give the zepplin its order and continue making and passing out chocolates to complete the chain.  Again, during this time the zepplin will arrive and I do the same thing.  The reason I do it this way is to get the new customers in as quick as possible.  If I pass out the zepplin order at the end of the chain, then money sits on the counter waiting for me to deliver the zepplin order and no new customers can arrive.  Filling the zepplin order at the begining of the chain allows me to pick up the money right away and get the new customers in asap.  If I think of anything else i will let you all know, and of course, if you have any questions don't be afraid to ask, good luck!!!
