Couldn't download 10MB lessons

Hi there folks I need help. My computer is connected to the internet and I have off all firewall components, yet I couldn't download the 10MB lessons on basic concepts and strategies from the game server
 
Anyone encountered this problem too? What should I do? Or does the problem lies with the server
