Winter Wonderland level 8

I can't get expert on this level. I am not losing any customers, I put flowers on the tables, I chain and everything. I use the firelogs to get points and have even tried putting customers like the teens together and the stars next to the women so they get extra points for flirting. But nothing works. I can get the regular score but not expert. Any help?

Finally beat exper 8 on winter wonderland.  The most important thing is not only to color match, but to have people by as many cranberry appetizers as possible in a chain.  This is what got me past this level.  I've done everything that you have and the appetizers seem to do the trick.  How I am stuck on expert level 9.
