Scoring

I notice that the value of each peg goes up as the level goes on. What I am wondering is how it is determined when the value will go up - is it after a certain number of balls? or after a certain number of pegs are gone? It would be helpful to know to pass the master challenge levels where you need high scores to win

Basically, the fewer orange pegs left in the game, the more points you earn per peg.

To obtain high scores, you should clear the stage of all orange pegs and leave one, and try to clear the screen before hitting the last orange peg. You should also try to hit the purple pegs - they add a big chunk to your score.

The ideal character to use if you're trying to go for a high score is the Bunny (sorry, can't remember his name). His special ability, Lucky Spin, has a 1 in 4 chance of getting a Triple Score bonus, which lasts for 2~3 rounds. It's a good idea to save a green peg 'till the end and then try to go for the big bonus.

I have played Peggle all the way through now but I haven't tried any of the expert games. Anyone here finished all of it? It is really HARD! Great game.

The doctor is in. :)
