This game is amazing...I like all of the Chocolatier games, but this one is the best. The recycling tool is great! I really love the fact that you can create your own chocolates! It allows you to play continuously without the worry of running out of money. If there is one improvement that I would like to see...and that is that there would be extra spaces provided in the recipe book that would allow a person to create and sell their own chocolates even after the story-line is completed. All in all, this is a great game!

This is better than the first 2 Chocolatier games. You can go back and play this game over and over again creating new recipes. There are alot more ingredients and locations to play . I also like the telegraph feature. It just saves time. I would definitely recommend this above the other 3 games.

I love all of the new features and locations to visit in this game. I also experienced some difficulity in aim at the beginning, but it seems to have gotten better the longer I played the game. I found it you aimed at the more distance trays and put the aiming site on the tray you generally hit the tray and make chocolates. Most of the time i had to try the different recipes several time, before I got in the groove for that specific chocolate. I love the telegraph feature that sllow you to change the recipe, without actually traveling to that factory. It really allow for a lot more flexibilty. In this game the quest actually keeps track of what you have made, when you have completed making the chocolates and allows for several quest to go on at the same time, which is a great improvement form Chocolatier 1 and 2 where you really need a pen and paper to track the ingredients and the quest.

As a fan of the original Chocolatier and Chocolatier 2, I have to say that the third one is by far the best. I really enjoyed the custom chocolates feature in Chocolatier 2, but the improvement in Decadence by Design is much better! I like being able to not just create the flavours, but being able to change the look.
I also really enjoyed the different ports, special orders, and the addition of coffee and coffee blends!
Amazing game - I bought it right after I finished the free trial!

I own the original and the 'Secret Ingredients' versions and will buy this one, also.. I DON'T like the 'Twist' version. "Decadence by Design" allows you to travel all over the world, while meeting new people and if you played the first 2 games, see familiar (a bit older) faces. You are able to invent your own chocolate and coffee among other tasty treats! Making coffee is a new fearture.
Once you finish the game, start over and invent different kinds of chocolate. There is recycling, of ingredients, for all of you earth friendly people out there! Bring on the chocolate!!

The best of the Chocolatiers! I love this game, it's one of my favorites! I've already completed it twice and am already waiting for the next Chocolatier! Please tell me there will be one.
The first one was really good but paled in comparison to the second. Now this Chocolatier blows #2 out of the water! Chocolatier has come a long, long way.
Love it!

It tested my patience. I have enjoyed the previous versions, but it is not a big departure from earlier models. Similar, just that there are new flavours, new places, gets tiring after a while. I had the 1 hour trial download, but i did not bother to use it for so long.

I liked this game until the very end. The only problem is that it can grow somewhat boring traveling around waiting for assignments in the beginning of the last third of the game. But hey, if that is the only complaint, then Playfirst is doing everything right!!

This installment of the chocolatier series is a lot of fun. It continues the story of the Baumeister family and their chocolate business. There are fun new locations and a great post WWII game interface. The concept is the same as the previous versions, but it has new recipes and creations. You can even create and name your own confections. This game is fun and challenging without being frustrating or boring and it is easy to pick up where you left off. If you like the other chocolatier games, this is definitely one you should add to your collection.

Having waited for this game to arrive, I purchased it at the first opportunity and I can say that I was quite disappointed.
On the whole Chocolatier 2 was a better game. The storyline in this latest offering just feels like it isn't quite there, like it was done in a hurry to rush the game onto the market.
Still, it was enjoyable to play. I can only hope that WHEN Chocolatier 4 hits the stands that it is better than this version. Considering how popular the game is, the programmers need to put in a little more effort to produce a better item; and find another story writer...
