I like dancing very much. But this game is just bad. The only part I liked a bit, was the danceperformance at the end of a level, although it was very slow.
I expected to play a game where I could dance virtually. But the only things you can do are putting a choreography together (only with names, you can't see the moves), balancing books and repeting foodsteps (memory game).
Don't play this game if you love dancing. Play this game if you like balancing acts and memory games. And if you do play the game, don't let the slowness of the game bother you.

Terrible game. Too much thinking. I was hoping for a game I can go to and just have fun trying to dance. This game makes you think of moves

Setting up the choreography is difficult and the dance at the end moves very slow.

Wow! What a game! It is simply awesome! It's one of the best games i've ever played.
The concept of this game is - to choreograph and train yourself and your partner. You can choose any one character of your choice, male or female, and you will automatically get a partner. There are several contestants, and only the couple who reach the final, by going through several weeks of judges' points and audience votes, will win!
The choreography session is so easy! You just click on any tile, and give the appropriate moves. The first move must always be an opening move. Then, for the next 7 moves, you can give a move of your choice. The last move should be a closing move. Remember one thing, however - whenever you assign a move, a number of blue tiles will appear. You can assign your next move only one of these blue tiles. Also, for your choreography, you have a target number of points. If this is reached, you can go on to the next part - training.
Personally, I did not like the training part. In the Training sesion, there are 3 parts - Rhythm, Posture and Showmanship. If you have a good memory, Showmanship should be the easiest. Personally, as I went through higher and higher levels, the Rhythm part became the most difficult (and most irritating) part. Posture is OK.
After you have completed Training COMPLETELY, Voila! You can see your dance - and I mean it! After the judges see your performance, they will give you points. These points, coupled with the audience votes, will decide who will get eliminated.
So, good luck! It's definitely a GREAT game! Thanx, Playfirst, for giving yet another great game.
