this game is a very interesting puzzle. you will need very good eye sight to plat this game well, because the dream crystals are so hard to find. what i dont like is that the trial only last for 30 minutes!! way too short for anyone to enjoy the game. i had only got to the place behind the stepping stone. and yet to form a sentence using the book, because i can only play it for 30 minutes and so i was extremly stressed.. if you want to play this game buy it! the trial is quite dissappointing...

Easily one of the most beautiful video games I have ever played. Waiting not-so-patiently for DC3!

I usually don't like sequels, for either movies or games, because they tend to take the strong points of the original and wear them out completely. Upon finishing the first DC, I was left wanting more, like so many others out there. As soon as Reflexive made DC2 available, I downloaded it and played it in its entirety, and I couldn't be more satisfied. PlayFirst lived-up to the expectations I held for this second part with new, as well as improved reused, puzzles. The storyline was further developed in DC2 and left us hanging for DC3! I'm very glad to know that they don't intend to abandon us just yet! If you haven't played the original
Dream Chronicles, you may want to give it a shot first, since DC2 doesn't offer the "Hints" feature. If you liked the first you're sure to be blown away by the second!
Game synopsis: As with
Dream Chronicles, travel through a variety of increasingly difficult puzzle levels to further unravel the storyline's mystery. Gem searches and collections continue to add a secondary goal, and replayability, to the game.
Gameplay critique: Each level provides a different puzzle, building in challenge, that employs a variety of problem-solving skills. The storyline/plot is strong, though it ends quite abruptly upon completion... leaving you wanting more. Though
Dream Chronicles 2, like its predecessor, is relatively quick to finish, it is very replayable. Perfectionists and "Anything-you-can-do-I-can-do- betters" will enjoy the "Global" ranking feature!
Final thoughts: Seek-and-Find games are one thing. They don't even compare with
Dream Chronicles 2! This is a terrific game for thinking people, though not for those looking to relax and unwind. :) I rate the "addiction" level as a 10, my max! Get yourself a comfy seat and a stress ball, it's going to be a long night! Again, I must say hats off to the
Dream Chronicles team!!
