If you are expecting a continuation of the Chocolatier 1 & 2 Sagas you will be disappointed. However, if you enjoy assembly/time management games such as Cake Mania, Big Island Blends or Teddy Factory you will enjoy The Great Chocolate Chase.
The goal of the game is to fulfill the request of some rather eccentric and at times demanding personalities . Creating the sweets and treats they desire is more difficult than it sounds. As in most Time/Assembly management games the early levels are quite easy. However as you work your way around the globe the task becomes quite challenging for even the most skilled players. So put on your thinking cap, warm up your mouse and move food and drink away from your computer because The Great Chocolate Chase is a challenge you can't resist.

I love Chocolatier 1 and 2. Love, love, love them. But I downloaded this and it's just a rip off of so many other games that have overloaded onto us in the recent past. It's not even necessarily the best rip off of all of those games that I have seen. Don't send me an email because I downloaded the 2 games that were completely not related.
Playfirst... Normally I love you, but this was a miss for me. I've been waiting for Chocolatier 3 and this was not it.
So if that's what you're looking for... look elsewhere.

If you like dash/assembly type games you will probably enjoy The Great chocolate Chase. There are missions in some levels that will earn you extra money. You use money to upgrade your store with decorations, machines, and benefits (such as moving faster or charging more). You make different types of chocolate in different places from chocolate bars to truffles to bottles of chocolate sauce. The customers can be challenging with their different levels of patience. Overall it is a fun and hunger inducing game. ;P

I think this is a really great game, but you have to remember that is not another Chocolatier, it is more like a Chocolatier-themed DinerDash. Which is really fun in it's own way!!!!

To rate this they ask about graphics & sound then overall. Graphics & sound are fine but the rest of the game is Not. So even though I gave it high marks for those 2 categories, I give this a 1 for gameplay, fun & any other thing you can think of. I am a huge fan of the first two Chocolatier games. In fact, I think I need to go play one of them now just to cleanse The Great Chocolate Chase out of my system. Its that bad.

Decent game. The graphics and play are nice but sometimes the clicking is off when you try to click on the customers. I tend to have to click on a certain part of the counter. (that part could be just me! lol) I like the fact that you can get mini-quests throughout the game so you always have multiple goals to reach. Definitely worth checking out!

This is great a twist on the Chocolatier games and fits right in with the theme of Chocolatier. This is time management with the taste of chocolates rolled in. Each level has greater challenges with the addition of flavors, types of chocolate shape and toppings. There are patient and not so patient customers, some with double orders. You need to service enough customers to make the days' goal and then get the master goal. The background is beautiful, the details are great, and the music is appropriate for each country. The Great Chocolate Chase allows you the opportunity to replay levels to improve your score, there are mini challenges that reward you with different chocolate recipies, 60 levels, etc. You can't ask for a better game.

What a fabulous twist on my Favorite game! Actually, combination of games :). While I admit to being a little disappointed that it does not follow in a similar vein as the other two Chocotaliers, I enjoy the Cake Mania-like twist on it while retaining it's challenging chocolaty goodness. I highly recommend it and can't wait to make it through the whole game!

This is a great game. I love it. It really keeps you on your toes. Trying to keep up with the different customers and the orders for the zeppelin is a lot of fun. The graphics and the sound track are great. It was well worth the wait.

I really enjoyed this game. I found it to be fast paced and increasingly challanging. I was eager to see what would happen in the next level. Lots of fun.!!!
