This game is really fun. I love it up until the last challenge because you have to move the screen shot from left to right, which become annoying. Also, I wish there were more levels than just 4.

Actually, I downloaded the full version at iwin.com. The full space like a lot more than the demo size. The actual size is 94MB.
The game is really easy. I finshed is in 2 day. And I only lost 2 times. And both times is at the last hotel at France.
There's 4 Hotels
1st Hotel: Canary Islands
2nd Hotel: England! (The hotel looks like the Middle Ages)
3rd Hotel: Japan
4th Hotel: France.
Elementary, too easy for words!

Lots of improvements over last one.
PROS:
1. New porter and amenities
2. Flowers can be watered anytime
3. Maid and porter can perform varied tasks as long as they are on the floor without having to specify each task. Simply click the maid/porter image and the room or task. Image background changes from orange to blue to indicate whether they are on the floor. No need to press individual task buttons!
4. You can right-click to cancel Jane's actions, if needed.
5. No longer hopelessly stuck on levels in last hotel.
6. People assigned to rooms at random in last hotel.
7. Golfing and pianist have been eliminated.
8. All money can be picked up with one click.
9. Jane can carry two things simultaneously.
10. Client requirements shown, along with number serviced.
11. You can use your money and tips to choose upgrades and associated perks.
12. Jane returns to desk automatically.
CONS: 1) Music distracting/annoying. I turned it off.
2. First two hotels not enough of a challenge.
3. Game window does not indicate which level you are on.
4. STAY button confusing. Should probably read RETRY LEVEL.
5. LEVEL UPGRADE button confusing. Should probably read NEW LEVEL/UPGRADES.
6. No progress screen (showing completed levels and whether you achieved goal or expert score).
7. No ability to retry previous levels.
8. No endless mode. Finished game in two days. Needs to be a happy medium between too easy and too hard.
Error on help screen. GRAND TOTAL same as WEEKLY TOTAL.

This sequel to Janes hotel is really nice. They not only stuck with what made this game fun, but they upgraded it so much. New looks to the hotel, new story line, and lots of new upgrades. Both for the hotel, but also for you staff. And you also have a male maid too. He doesnt different things but still, I love having two employees. You can even upgrade Jane. You can make each character move faster, work faster, and a few other things as well. Also the upgrades for the hotel are really nice. Instead of automatically getting flowers, chairs, new doors, etc, you get to purchase them yourself in whatever order you want. And the upgrades come with there own personal perks.
Love this game. Will definatly be purchasing this one to complete my first Janes Hotel.
Loved the graphics!!!!

'Janes's Hotel' was already a great time-management game - but this sequel tops it by far!
Not only are the graphics better (more colourful, more realistic and more animated), there are a lot of new ideas as well. You get two helpers instead of one which have to perform new duties like carrying luggage, selling souveniers and taking photos. The big concept behind the game is that you have to save your granny's big Hotel change and to do that you're travelling around the world building up new hotels. This is a great idea for every hotel - ranging from BLEEPalows at the beach to castle-like buildings, spanning continents from Europe to Asia and America - has its very own look and upgrades. Your guests come in various shapes, from teenage boys over a George Michael look-alike to fat ladies and old gentlemen, which definitely provides you with nice-looking variety.
In this sequel, there aren't only hotel-related upgrades like furniture and new services but also staff-related ones that make all three characters and their services quicker, which gets very useful. The levels start reasonably easy and by then end of the first three hotels (which is as far as I came during the one hour trial), everyone should have paid back their debts even without having used up all upgrades. For those of you who don't want to rush right on to the next hotel once the debt is paid back, you're given the option to stay and complete all upgrades or repeat levels without a expert score, which I think will come in handy once you own the game and have already played one whole round.
This is one of the best time-management games of 2008 and definitely worth playing and buying!

I enjoyed this game very much. I played the first Jane's Hotel and I
I liked it very much. But the degree of difficulty was frustrating at times that I stopped playing the game for a while. I eventually finished it but it was a big hill to climb. I play casual games as a diversion so I get mad when a casual game becomes frustrating, I save the hard games for my Playstation etc..
The main problem with the first game was that you had to upgrade before you could move on and from the middle levels on you had to scroll back and forth across the lobby. Maddening.
In this version of Jane's Hotel, yes you do have to upgrade but it gives you more leeway. For instance in the first Jane's Hotel the plants were the worst. You had to water them and if you did not water them toward the end of the level you had no chance in moving on and you had to upgrade to the plants so there was so getting around it. Any little mistake was crucial. I did not encounter the plants in this version for a while and I could upgrade to more interesting amenities.
In this version you have a Bellboy/Janitor who takes pictures and also fixes things that break down, A nice added touch. You can also upgrade to make the maid, Jane and vacuum cleaners faster..You can even upgrade the camera. And best of all the scrolling across the lobby did not come into the game much later then the previous one You have a choice of staying on a level once you completed it also. One level had two floors. I liked that much better then scrolling back and forth.
I like this Jane's Hotel much better then the original because of the added touches and lack of frustration, even though I did like the first one . , Oh Jane has expanded her hotels they are now international. Enjoy.
