So Good But Not Finished:
his game can be seen as a follow up to Grimm's Hatchery. It has very similar mechanics, art and play style. Magic Farm does add experience and levels to the mix allowing you to customize your character a bit.
You start looking for your parents in the starting town. You head off to the farm to make some cash by planting flowers. You must protect your plants from creatures and water them all the while collecting the flowers that bloom.
The real strategy in this game lies in cash management and skill development. Should you spend your hard earned cash on a bigger watering barrel or maybe a bigger warehouse. The same goes for your skills when you level up. Your Trade skill gets you a better cost when buying while your Farming skill keeps your plants healthier and so on.
As the game goes on you are given more quests and new towns are opened up giving you access to new farms and plants as well.
There are some drawbacks to this game unfortunately. There are some cursor glitches in cities which will highlight a quest-giver when he has already moved to the forefront. You will also see some spelling and grammar mistakes but since this game was developed over seas they are easily forgivable.
The one glaring issue though, and the one that Meridian 93 and Reflexive have dropped the ball on, is that the game isn't finished. The game is still a work in progress and this version just kind of leaves you hanging after completing the third contest. There is no ending to the full game at this point, you get a semi-ending when you find you parents but there is still much to do after that.
All in all a fun and entertaining game, it just needs to be finished.

A creative game for those who love nature, flower planting and design. The graphics are neat and colorful. This is quite different from other similar games in terms of visual appeal and originality. It doesn't bore me. The drawback is that you might become addicted and put aside the 'must-dos'... Higly recommended!

To play over again I would spend more time tending to my garden and making gold instead of worrying about looking for my runaway parents. I am not sure what becomes of your farm (or dragon) once you move on though but it would still be fun to complete the game, in my opinion.

If you like Plantasia or Flower Shop: Big City Break, you would enjoy Magic Farm. Plant flowers, harvest and make them into beautiful bouquets to sell while fending off pests. Use the money to buy seeds, water and upgrades. Irresistable for flower lovers!

majic farm is a great combination of plantasta and majic forest. plant plants, water them, protect them from pests, and my favouit part make brouquet from your harvest flower and sell them. oh do be careful of the pests though some of them are really tough, but dont worry, there is a cute dragon here to help you! MUST PLAY !!

wasnt sure about this game at first then i thought i would give it a try. if you like magical forest you'll like this one. you plant flowers and water them and make sure to get ride of the pest who want your flowers. the money you earn use to upgrade your farm or you use in your quest to help find your parents. great storyline.

I bought this one. I liked the variation in challenges and in plant and bouquet styles. THE BABY DRAGON is a marvelous and useful pet. I also like that you can go back to previous gardens. The surprise obstacles (losing saved money or dragon) were realistically tragic. I worked hard for that! The insects and other pests had good variation.

I thought it was a blast. Kinda slow at first of each new farm and then can get tough trying to keep the pests out while still taking care of the flowers.
