This game is lovely, enchanting, and quite engaging. The gameplay is similar to Feeding Frenzy, and the ambience is a fairytale, literally. You play as a tiny fairy who must collect pollen to restore "The Great Tree". You will encounter breathtaking graphics and soothing music that fits quite well with the story of the game. I love everything about it.

You are the child of a faerie, cast into the forest to fight against the dark forces in our midst. Use your Ancient Fire power, Wings of the Wind, Strength and Magic to collect the pollen, free the entranced Swee, lull the Slumbering Fungus back to sleep, and help the Great Tree survive until the Grand Descent.
This game has beautiful artwork, entrancing music, and smooth mechanics. 100 levels with phenomenal replay value, in normal or hard mode.

Absolutely fantastic game! You play as a young fairy, sent out to collect the magical pollen that is needed to maintain The Great Tree. The usual beings that collect the pollen, called the swee, have been disappearing! Dark forces are present and the world is becoming a very dangerous place. Can you free the swee, collect enough pollen and stay alive long enough to see the "Great Descent" ? Discover the mystery as you complete levels and unlock parts of the storyline. Feeding frenzy like arcade action meets sophisticated story and graphics.. I can't say enough good things about this game!

This is a beautiful game with lovely music and graphics. The storyboard is excellent, and the game is challenging without being too difficult. I was disappointed that there was no climatic ending...I was expecting to see the final spell cast, the bad guys destroyed, faeries celebrating, etc...that was a pretty big letdown, but it was still a great game.

I'm quite in love with this game!
The story line of 'The Great Tree' is that of a fairy tale and the graphics really match that theme. They're beautiful and surprisingly realistic despite having a sweet and dreamy feel to them. I love it that there are different flowers, backgrounds and colours with each new level, really gives you some diversity even though the gameplay is always the same.
You're playing the role of a fairy who has to collect magical pollen in order to save 'The Great Tree'. While collecting, you have to dodge all kinds of insect enemies, poisonous flowers and the like and also free special insects that are your trapped friends.
The steering is easy enough, you just use your mouse to fly around as quickly as you can, collecting the pollen with your fairy's hair and avoiding collisions with the insects. At first, the challenge isn't great, you're through with the initial levels rather fast and unharmed. Further on, however, things do get tougher though never so tough that you can't enjoy the visuals or won't make it after a couple of tries. You can pick up stars by freeing those friendly insects and are rewarded with new wings and can upgrade your health, magic or speed.
All in all a truly fantastic game that's not too hard but very charming!

I dont have anything bad to say about this game. The graphics are amazing!!!. So realistic and brilliant. Really makes you feel you are in the game. I think the idea to use the mouse as the Faerie is innovative. Makes the game so fun. The story line really captures the imagination and makes you feel like you are apart of it. I love how the story comes from the thoughts of a mother. This game is a must have!!.

i think this game is the best game i've ever played. when i have enough money i'm go ing to go and buy it but for now i'm waiting.
it's story is very good. it has good graphics and sound the girl who says the story is a really good one. it has words but she reads it with you so you canunderstand it way better. when i saw it i thiought that i'll be just a farie that just flyies but, it's way different!! so i hope you like this game
