Fun game. The timer is very short, so it can be difficult. This game makes you think fast and is quite addictive.

I had thought that this would be entertaining and educational for my son. While the game does not lack in education, and its entertainment value for younger players is apparent, I believe it may be slightly beyond the targeted age range. Even I had to look up the word "gypsum".
The greatest asset that I can see is that as long as you form enough words to get the carrot (or the box) on each level, you don't "lose", which makes this a better tool for learning new words than Text Twist for younger audiences.
The greatest detriment is that, while it tells you it doesn't include every word in the English language, it also states that it includes words in common usage. I doubt very seriously there is any American who uses the word "ort" in a sentence every day. And it can always be aruged that colloquial abbreviations for words (sis) are not actually words, and should not be recognized by the game dictionary.
Overall, I have to be fair and give it a mid-grade for a game, because it is obvious the gameplay is targeted towards the younger demographic, but I really don't think that the demographic that would be most entertained by the gameplay would have a strong enough mastery of English to be able to get very far. Meanwhile, for those adults who like to see small furry animals disoriented, it provides a respite from the tedium of the 'tick' 'tick' 'tick' of Text Twist.

Really like this game. Wish the timer was longer. I have to write the letters down and pause the game.
