Questions about playing games online

  1. How do I play online?
    • Playing online means playing the game directly on our website within your web browser instead of downloading and installing the game on your computer.
    • To play online you need an internet connection and a web browser with the appropriate software plug-in (player) installed.
    • Find the online game you are interested in and click "Play Online".

  2. I clicked "Play Online" but nothing is happening or I see an empty player window.
    • Your browser might not support the game, you may not have the right player or you may need the latest version of the software plug-in (player).
      • Typically, if you try to play a game online and your computer does not have the right software installed, your browser will prompt you if you want to install the software.
      • The prompt may be a dialog box or a yellow bar near the top of the browser window. You should install the software to play the game.
    • The play online page will have more specific information regarding software that you may need to install.

  3. I see the game, but it is not working properly or I can't play.
    • Depending on the player your game requires, you may need to update your player version.
