Questions about PlayGold

1. What is PlayGold?
   • PlayGold is a way to purchase PlayFirst™ items. Because PlayGold is a service provided by PlayFirst, your PlayGold balance is saved with your PlayFirst account. PlayGold makes shopping more convenient and fun. It's also often more cost effective, because many of the items for sale on PlayFirst.com may cost less if you purchase them with PlayGold! 2. How can I purchase PlayGold?
   • PlayPass members get monthly deposits of PlayGold as part of their subscription. All PlayFirst account holders who have some positive balance of PlayGold can buy more using a credit card or PayPal in order to get enough for their next game. If you don't have any PlayGold, the only way to get some is to join PlayPass.


3. What payment methods does PlayGold accept?
   • You can buy PlayGold with a Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or your PayPal account.


4. What can I purchase with PlayGold™?
   • You can purchase any item sold by PlayFirst on PlayFirst.com that is designated with a PlayGold price displayed next to it. This includes games, items for your diner, and clothes for your waiter.


5. Does PlayGold ever expire?
   • PlayGold has no expiration date and remains in your account until you spend it at Playfirst.com, provided that your Playfirst account is not terminated by PlayFirst, Inc. for any reason, such as violation of PlayFirst Inc.'s terms of use. In the unlikely event that we ever discontinue PlayGold, we will notify and provide users with at least 10 days to purchase items with their remaining PlayGold. 6. Can I give PlayGold as a gift to someone else?
   • Unfortunately, PlayGold is non-transferable, so there is no way to give PlayGold to another user. Though we hope to be able to make PlayGold transferable some time in the future, currently any attempted transfer of PlayGold is null and void and may result in termination of your PlayFirst account.


7. How can I access my PlayGold™ information to find out how much I have?
   • Your personal PlayGold information will always be available to you in your PlayFirst™ account. To view your account balance, login and click the My Purchases link under the My Account tab.


8. How much does PlayGold cost?
   • One penny per unit of PlayGold™. In other words, one PlayGold unit = $0.01.


9. Is there a limit to how much PlayGold I can have?
   • Currently, you can store up to 10,000 PlayGold in your account at any given time.


10. Can I get a refund on PlayGold?
    • PlayGold is non-refundable. In the unlikely event that we ever discontinue PlayGold, we will notify and provide users with at least 10 days to purchase items with their remaining PlayGold balance. For more information, see the Terms of Service, below.
