Questions about the PlayFirst PlayPass™

1. What is a PlayPass?
   • The PlayPass is a special program created to reward PlayFirst's most loyal and active fans. PlayFirst.com users have been asking for a more affordable way to buy multiple top-quality games, and we've been listening! The PlayPass currently comes in two prices options: a monthly fee of either $13.95 or $9.95. The $13.95 PlayPass Deluxe option includes discounts on the Diner Dash: Hometown Hero restaurants and other episodic content as well as full-length games, whereas the $9.95 PlayPass Basic option discounts the price of full-length games only. Additional options may be added from time to time.
   • Your monthly fee of either $13.95 or $9.95 is promptly deposited back into your account in the form of our special PlayFirst stored value, PlayGold™ Use your PlayGold at checkout to get eligible discounts for eligible content. For more information, see the Terms of Service.


2. How can I purchase the PlayPass?
   • You can purchase the PlayPass on PlayFirst.com using any major credit card. You cannot use personal checks, PayPal, or any other payment method at this time.


3. What can I purchase with my PlayPass? Can I choose any games I want?
   • Just about! We have hundreds of games (and more coming every month!) available to PlayPass holders for just $9.95! Additionally, Diner Dash® restaurants are available to $13.95 PlayPass Deluxe holders at only $3.95 a pop, and you can also use PlayGold from your PlayPass to purchase fun accessories for your diner and avatar in the Diner Dash®: Hometown Hero™ in-game boutique. Which game(s) you choose to buy with your PlayGold is entirely up to you.


4. Does my PlayPass ever expire?
   • The PlayPass will not expire unless you cancel your PlayPass membership. After your initial payment for the first month, you may cancel at any time. Your PlayPass will automatically renew every month, with recurring charges of $13.95 for the PlayPass Deluxe or $9.95 for the PlayPass Basic, unless you decide to cancel it. The PlayGold you get from your PlayPass has no expiration date and remains in your account until you spend it at Playfirst.com, provided that your PlayFirst account is not terminated by PlayFirst, Inc. for any reason, such as violation of PlayFirst Inc.'s Terms of Service. In the unlikely event that we ever discontinue the PlayPass, you will be notified immediately and entitled to the associated benefits for the remainder of any period for which you have already paid. 5. How can I access my PlayPass information to find out how much PlayGold I have?
   • Your personal PlayPass information will always be available to you in your PlayFirst account. To view your account balance, log in and click the My PlayPass link in your profile page. You'll be able to see how much PlayGold you have and the date of your next installment.


6. How much does the PlayPass cost?
   • The PlayPass Deluxe costs $13.95 a month if you choose to receive discounted Diner Dash® restaurants along with your discounted game pricing, or $9.95 for the PlayPass Basic if you prefer not to receive the Diner Dash® restaurant discount. Every month, your credit card will be charged $13.95 or $9.95 (depending on your selection) which will promptly be converted to 1395 or 995 PlayGold and placed in your account (you pay one penny per unit of PlayGold—in other words, one PlayGold unit = $0.01). You can use your PlayGold when you check out to get discounts off up to 50% off. Pricing is subject to change as described in the Terms of Service.


7. Is there a limit to how much PlayGold I can have with the PlayPass?
   • Currently, you can store up to 10,000 PlayGold in your account at any given time. Note that if you are a PlayPass member, you never have to buy PlayGold separately again! Your PlayGold balance will be automatically topped off when you buy a game as a PlayPass member.


8. Can I get a refund on the PlayPass?
   • The PlayPass is non-refundable. However, you can cancel your PlayPass at any time. For more information, see the Terms of Service.


9. What is the difference between the PlayPass Deluxe and the PlayPass Basic?
   • The distinction between the PlayPass Deluxe and the PlayPass Basic offer is that the $13.95 PlayPass Deluxe offering includes discounted Diner Dash restaurants for a special price of $3.95, whereas the $9.95 PlayPass Basic offer lowers your price for game purchases, but not for episodic purchases, like the diners. Both offerings give you great savings, as well as all the fabulous benefits of the exclusive PlayPass!


10. Can I upgrade my PlayPass Basic to the PlayPass Deluxe? Can I downgrade my PlayPass Deluxe to the PlayPass Basic?
    • You may upgrade your PlayPass Basic to the PlayPass Deluxe offering at any time for the price difference of $4 to receive immediate access to the Diner Dash® restaurant special discounted pricing. Your payment of $4 to upgrade will change your status instantly to the PlayPass Deluxe. Your next billing date will simply reflect the new monthly PlayPass offer you have chosen.
    • You may also downgrade your PlayPass Deluxe to the PlayPass Basic offering at any time. You will continue to receive the benefit of discounted Diner Dash® restaurants for the remainder of your monthly billing cycle. The new PlayPass Basic monthly payment of $9.95 will be effective on your next monthly billing cycle.
